Methyltriacetoxysilane(Pure)
It is a silane crosslinker with a hydrolysable acetoxy group. It is sensitive to rapid hydrolysis and acetic acid and trisilanols will be produced following hydrolysis. It is an important crosslinker for RTV silicone rubbers. It can be used in micro and nanoparticle surface modification for inorganic fillers. It can be also used as a coupling agent, an adhesion promoter in the synthesis of various organic silicone compounds.The equivalent grade of the product of different brands is D-10, ES-15.
Methyltriacetoxysilane(Modified)
This product is a colorless to light yellow transparent liquid, has a strong smell of acetic acid. Soluble in acetic anhydride, cross-linked with water and produces acetic acid.Mainly used as crosslinking agent of vulcanizing silicone rubber and acid silicone glass adhesive, it could keep low solidification point if not increasing crosslink density. The glue made of this crosslinking agent have good adhesive strength, not easy to crystallization.The equivalent grade of the product of different brands is D-14.
Ethyltriacetoxysilane (Crosslinker AC 10)
Ethyltriacetoxysilane is a clear to yellowish liquid with acrid odour of acetic acid. It hydrolyses in the presence of moisture (acetic is released) to form silanol,which can react with themselves to produce siloxanes or bind to inorganic substrates.It is used as cross-linker in Silicone Sealant and silicone rubber. The equivalent grade of the product of different brands is D-15, Crosslinker AC-10.
Propyltriacetoxysilane
It is colourless or light-yellow transparent liquid. It is soluble in acetic anhydride and crosslinks with water to produce acetic acid. It is mainly used for rtv-i silicone rubber was silicone rubber, glass (acid) crosslinking agent. Used in silicone sealant (acid) alternative ethyl crosslinking agent, achieve the same use effect.The equivalent grade of the product of different brands is D-16.
