Methyltrimethoxysilane an alkyltrialkoxysilane is an important component in sol-gel systems. It is a colourless, low-viscosity liquid. It is regarded as trifunctional since all three alkoxy groups are able to hydrolyse. N-Propyltriethoxysilane is an alkyl alkoxysilane. It is a colourless, low viscosity liquid. It has an n-propyl organic group and a triethoxysilyl inorganic group. It provides a hydrophobic surface treatment.It is mainly used as construction waterproofing agent/protective agent, inorganic filler surface treatment agent, and pigment dispersant.The equivalent grade of the product of different brands is D-24, PTEO, DowsilZ-6264, KBE-3033.
